鏽蝕水墨法
媒材使用底材「銅板」和自行調配的「化學藥劑」產生氧化反應形成色彩,運用溫度、時間等經驗,控制與掌握其顏色變化和定形過程,使用工具畫筆創作造型、筆觸、空間等繪畫方式;在風格技術手法使用上運用「水墨畫」重意不重實的特質,並結合西方「抽象」畫的概念,形成抽象與具象並存的表現方式,也進一步提出銅工藝與銅繪畫藝術的異同。
因為『在地性』是選擇這樣媒材長期創作的原因之一,在氣候上台灣屬於副熱帶(亞熱帶)氣候,是高溫多濕的環境,因為生存條件鐵皮屋、招牌、霓虹燈林立,都市樣貌多存在鏽蝕、水漬、髒垢、雜亂..狀態,以及多元文化和殖民歷史,將這樣的特質(色彩)融合後觀察出『髒』的顏色表達包容的極致表現,呈現水墨並非水墨的一種態度,因為地域文化的內容就有不同的「墨語」。『髒』這樣的特質也會持續地延伸出其他的創作,例如「髒青綠山水」。從透視法中,提出了就像飛行的「行遠」透視畫法,進而發展出「大宇宙皴法」,成為延伸「皴法」的新水墨畫法。
因為成長背景使得自身在青少年時期也不喜歡台灣的環境和文化,直到有了一些出國展覽和旅行的機會,當大量的觀賞國外的藝術文化,自己看到不是崇拜,而是自省,在這樣的緣由下開始了接受以及肯定自己(台灣),去發現這樣的地方美在哪邊,用感恩的心態濃縮出了『髒』的色彩和「菜市場美學」,髒是一種包容,學習平衡的心境;乾淨是一種存菁,只有消除異己才能平靜,但其實永遠沒辦法消除,循環輪迴一直存在,因為這樣的體會創造這樣的系列,分享在這樣時代的省思。

Because of my growth background, I didn't like Taiwan's environment and culture when I was a teenager, until I had some opportunities to go abroad for exhibitions and travel. When I watched a lot of foreign art and culture, I saw that it was not worship, but self-reflection. In this way I began to accept and affirm myself (Taiwan), to discover the beauty of such a place, and to condense the color of "dirty" and "vegetable market aesthetics" with a grateful attitude. Mood; cleanliness is a kind of preservation. Only by eliminating dissidents can we be calm, but in fact, it can never be eliminated. The cycle of reincarnation has always existed, because this kind of experience creates such a series and shares reflections in such an era.
